Kelley holds a BFA Degree from the University of Kansas and is Manager of Learning and Development at the University of Colorado Hospital. She has over twenty years of successful leadership and management; performance management; sales; process improvement; and organizational development with such companies as Software Spectrum, Expanets, Business Technology Consultants, and RELERA.
Kelley has a consistent record of significant contributions to profit levels and productivity. During her two years as Vice President of Sales for Business Technology Consultants at Software Spectrum, Kelley helped lead her division from $200,000 to approximately $5M in sales. Her broad range of experience at the University of Colorado Hospital includes leadership/management competencies, customer service, Lean initiatives, human performance improvement initiatives, and the development of a performance excellence process for Leadership. Programs that Kelley leads are Service Champions (Patient Satisfaction Scores Initiative); all university grant learning (totaling $8 million); Culture and Transition teams; and Patient and Family Centered Care initiatives.
She is also active in professional and community organizations including the South Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce. She was also President of the Microsoft Sales Associates for two consecutive years. Her mission is to: "Drive business goals and strategies by developing and delivering cost effective performance and learning solutions.
Kelley joined forces with the Leading Edge Group in August 2007 and manages the organization's US contact center in addressing all US-based queries. |
