The Leading Edge Group provide Lean training for finance and administration departments at Lean White Belt, Yellow Belt and Green Belt level. These programs are designed for those working in finance departments, administration departments, shared services, contact centers, banking, accounting and insurance and use examples and case studies relevant to these envirionments.

The Diploma in Financial Services - Lean Green Belt program is accredited by the the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland (CPA). The CPA has signed a number of mutual recognition agreements with accounting bodies across the world including CGA Canada, CPA Australia and bodies in India and New Zealand. The CPA awards 30 Continuing Professional Education (CPE) structured hours to successful participants.
