Ward Inventory Reduction Program

This 5 day programme will use Lean Sigma techniques such as Value Stream Mapping to identify the processes involved from goods received into the organisation to point of use in the clinical area.

Approach

Working alongside your key stakeholders and process experts, the Leading Edge Group will deliver an initial 5-day programme to an identified ward or unit within your organisation in order to redesign the supply process. The client will appoint a project lead for the duration of the project and this person will be the primary interface with the Leading Edge Group representative. In advance of project start date, a project charter will be agreed between the parties to ensure that the project scope and deliverables are clearly defined.
