The Lean Healthcare Yellow Belt program is the essential ‘first step’ to understanding Lean Healthcare tools, practices and concepts. This certification program provides participants with a comprehensive overview of the principles of Lean Healthcare. It also outlines and demonstrates the essential Lean tools and practices that can be applied to decrease costs, increase efficiency and quality of service and improve patient and employee satisfaction.
