The Leading Edge Group will hold a number of two-day Lean Healthcare Yellow Belt events throughout Florida, USA in Fall 2010. The events presenter is Dr. Tim Hill, Lean Sigma Black Belt and senior Lean Healthcare Consultant with the Leading Edge Group.
The Lean Healthcare Yellow Belt program is the essential ‘first step’ to understanding Lean Healthcare tools, practices and concepts. This certification program provides participants with a comprehensive overview of the principles of Lean Healthcare. It also outlines and demonstrates the essential Lean tools and practices that can be applied to decrease costs, increase efficiency and quality of service and improve patient and employee satisfaction.
