The Leading Edge Group’s Rapid Supply Chain
Health Check assesses your current supply chain performance
against supply chain best practices.
The health check can normally be completed over 5 working
days, involving two Leading Edge consultants, assuming the
relevant client personnel are made available to the consultants.
The health check probes into supply chain process areas using
a proprietary questionnaire as developed by Leading Edge consultants
over the last 10 years of business and through experience
gained from working with over 150 multinational clients.
