Training Methodology and Structure:

The above schematic outlines our current courses. These courses are continually updated and new ones are continually added to our portfolio. If there is a specific course requirement that cannot be met by our current course offering, we would be able to write other courses by utilising our existing practitioners.

The program is developed offering training courses over two levels, fundamental and operational, focusing on specific areas of the supply chain – Plan, Source, Make, Deliver and Return. Customer care and eCommerce courses are also offered at the fundamental level and these transgress the complete supply chain.
