This workshop is designed for professionals working within
your supply chain internally and externally - (operations,
planning, manufacturing, procurement, warehousing and distribution,
customer service, reverse logistics and outsource partners)
and key support staff that interact with the supply chain
(e.g. Finance, Engineering and IT).
Methodology
Our workshop involves active participation over a two-day
in-house program. One of our senior training facilitators
will spend a day within Apple understanding the key business
issues, work practises and objectives and what is driving
competitive advantages within the supply chain for Apple EMEA.
The review will be undertaken through a series of one on one
discussions with our facilitator and functional representatives
ensuring that the workshop delivery is focused on the practical
issues for Apple. Best practise case studies and latest academia
thinking will be incorporated with the objective of delivering
a framework for Apple to implement improvement programs that
deliver quantifiable results within the Supply Chain. The
workshop will be interactive and hands-on learning. Business
specific examples will be used whilst ensuring discussion
and the opportunity to explore the benefits to Apples
business processes and overall Supply Chain optimisation.
